Heady. Guilty. This is the third time in one week that I am having eclair for teabreak. More specifically, elcair from Sweet Spot. This kiosk at MBS offers three flavours. From top: Sea-Salt Caramel, Chocolate and Hazelnut ($6 each).
Each flavour has its own strength. And no, I am not being diplomatic. I like the Chocolate for the chocolate layer at the top. I like the Hazelnut for the best-overall-balanced-taste. But I love the Sea Salt Caramel as its sweet-salty combination is simply divine! This sent me to seventh heaven! Very smooth and ubber sweet cream makes this eclair a highly satisfying treat! This is worth bursting your diet for!!
Have never been huge on elcairs. Even did not even lust over those in Paris. Those who follow my blog will know that I am not into choux pastry. But the pastry here is not too thick, not too thin, not too hard and not too soft.
